Świdwin, dz.375/3

Świdwin is located in the central part of West Pomeranian Voivodeship and has over 15 000 inhabitants. Three regional roads cross here – No. 151 in the direction of Gorzów Wielkopolski, No. 152. from Płoty to Szczecin and Połczyn Zdrój and No. 162 in the direction of Kołobrzeg and Drawsko Pomorskie on the other side. One cannot also forget about the attractive geographic location - there are two lakes in the vicinity: Bukowiec and Wilczkowo, connected by Rega River flowing through Świdwin. The atmosphere of the city and its surroundings is favourable to tourism. Tourists can find here a plot of beautiful spots, interesting monuments and various forms of recreation. Within the distance of 5 km from the city centre there is a military airport, the 21^st Air Base. As far as employment is concerned, the biggest number of people in Świdwin works in commerce and services, industry and production.

The area of the plot is developed with a brick building without a basement used as a warehouse. On the plot there are also such constructions as a drive pit and the remains of a trench. The area is fenced with a net on poles.

According to the Conditions and Spatial Management Directions Study of the Town of Świdwin, passed in a Resolution No.  XXV/212/05 by the City Council of Świdwin dated 31^st January 2005, the plot No.3/211, in the area of Świdwin 003 lies in the area marked with the symbol IS, which means special areas.
