The real property is located about 7 km to the South from the centre of Przemyśl, on the outskirts of Hermanowice village, within 600 m from the voivodship road No. 885, Przemyśl-Malchowice. There are about 6 km to the border with the Ukraine, while the distance to the border crossing in Medyka is 18km.

The real property adjoins to the area owned by the Border Guard watch station. In the direct neighbourhood of the real property, there are farmlands, areas partially covered by forests and a fish pond, managed by a local angling club. Access and transport to the public road is good, through a right of way established on the neighbouring plots.
