Głogów, dz. 195/1

The property is located at ul. Wojska Polskiego, one of the main arteries of the city of Głogów, in the vicinity of a military unit, from which it was separated,  residential development, and the District Office. The neighbourhood further includes public buildings and housing estates.

Land property built up, marked geodetically as plot No. 63/19, AM-3, section 0004 Chrobry with the surface of 0.2384 ha. Plot No. 63/19 is built up with two buildings, an office and staff building and an adjacent boiler room, with a total usable area of 3 659,10 m2. The property has a rectangular shape, is fenced, and its area is partly paved with asphalt, concrete and cobblestone pavement. Building No. 10, along with the brick fence is entered in the municipal register of monuments ( No. 247). Access to a public road (ul. Wojska Polskiego) is ensured through the plot No. 63/12 on the basis of the established easement of passage and transit.

According to the amendment of the Study of conditions and directions of spatial development of the city Głogów adopted by the City Council in Resolution No. XLVII/390/2010 Głogow of 25 May 2010, Plot No 63/19 is located within the area marked on the drawing with the symbol: IS - military sites with the necessary technical infrastructure devices; in the event of their liquidation, the function may be changed  to commercial services, including large-area commercial services with a sales area of over 2000m2, economic activity, residential development, roads, car parks and greenery; Z - Cumulative street.
