Gubin, 105/25, 105/26, 105/27, cz. dz. 105/53

The real estate is located on the territory of the former military complex, located at  Wyzwolenia and Partyzantów Streets, on the outskirts of the city, at a distance of approximately 3 km from the Gubin town centre.

There is a good access to the real estate along the internal road, i.e. through plot no. 105/53 with a pavement hardened with a granite sett and with poured concrete.

The vicinity of the real estate are areas of a former barrack complex, which is partially developed for production and service purposes and areas of the Polish State Railways (PKP) and residential buildings.

The plot is build-up with a barrack building no. 3 with the useful area of 2612 m² , cubature of 13774 m³ , three-storey with an utility attic, with a basement, in poor technical condition, the condition of the structure is good. 

The shape of the plot is regular, similar to a rectangle. Flat land shape.

The real estate is unfenced.  

The plot has access to the infrastructure networks of electrical power, water supply and sewage. New connections should be created to the municipal water supply and sewage and to the power network being the property of ENEA S.A. on conditions specified by the utility suppliers.  

For the area where the real estate is located there is no valid spatial development plan.

In the Study of the conditions and directions of the spatial development plan of the city Gubin (Resolution of the Municipal Council in Gubin No. LV/294/98 of 18 June 1998) the plots are registered as special areas.

Currently, the Town of Gubin has not started the development of the local spatial development plan for the real estates in question. The decisions on building conditions are being issued for the concerned area.
