The Military Property Agency is an executive agency supervised by the Minister of National Defence. The legal status and the scope of its competences are determined by the Act of 10 July 2015 on the Military Property Agency (Journal of Laws of 2016, item 614).
Public tenders organized by the Military Property Agency (MPA) for the sale of licensed movables are regulated by the Regulation of the Council of Ministers of 5 October 1993 in the matter of rules governing the organization of public tenders for the sale of fixed assets by State-owned enterprises and the terms and conditions of abandoning such tendering procedures
