The property is situated in the village of Bobrek, the former military complex.

Access to the national road No. 933 (connection Chrzanów-Auschwitz) through dedicated and hardened asphalt-concrete road plot leading through a wooded area The nearest largest city - Oświęcim 7 km, and less than 5 km from the property there are two small towns Chełmek and Libiąż. The A4 motorway junction in Chrzanów is 12 km away. Distance to nearest international airport Krakow - Balice is about 42 km.
