The property is situated within the former barracks complex in Wolsztyńska Street and 1-go Maja Street, in the eastern part of the town of Babimost. The terrain to the south of that complex is being rapidly developed with manufacturing and commercial facilities. The areas around the plot – former military unit premises – are covered with barracks, administration and infrastructure buildings. The access to the said plot is good as it lies next to Plot no. 597/34 which belongs to the Municipality of Babimost and where a local communal road is to be constructed pursuant to the Land Division Decision.


The property is covered with building no. 11 (barracks) of the usable floor area of 4,025.76 m2.
In the western part of the plot, there is an asphalt yard connected along the barracks building with an asphalt road.
